have been a bit turned upside-down. As you can see below,
the construction continues on our home. Most of the
exterior work is complete, and now we're facing interior
fixes--and a lot of them. Because of all the ceiling nail pops
and wall damage created when the new roof and garage
framing were installed, our entire upper floor had to be
evacuated.
Here's a photo of what our home currently looks like.
It's been like this since last week, and it'll remain at least
for another few days. It reminds us of Elliott's house when
the authorities discovered he'd been harboring E.T.
Here you see me looking oh so happy about it all.
But on a sunnier note, yesterday we took a break
from house projects and installed Benton's new
swing from Grandma Wedra. As you can see, he
loves it!

Hi Tammy! I just got an email from your mom (through my mom) telling about your house and everything that is happening. We are praying for you!! It sounds like you are doing great - esp. all things considered! Take care of yourself! God can & will do amazing things!! God Bless.
